A Year to Remember: ELAM’s Biggest Moments of 2025

As we close out another extraordinary year at ELAM, we’re reflecting just how transformative 2025 has been. From launching new programs to receiving major workplace recognition, hosting events, and breaking enrollment records, this year showcased the strength, creativity, and dedication of our team, clients, and learning community.

Here’s a look back at the milestones that shaped ELAM in 2025.

February – Launch of Profile+: A New Era of Personalized Language Learning

We kicked off the year with one of our most exciting innovations: Profile+, ELAM’s subscription-based online language learning program designed for professionals who want to elevate their communication skills.

Profile+ offers:

  • Personalized online practice
  • Real-time feedback from qualified coaches
  • Weekly exercises built around real-world business scenarios
  • Learning pathways for both French and English

Created for busy professionals, Profile+ bridges language needs with business demands—supporting clearer communication, stronger collaboration, and career advancement.

March – ELAM Named One of the Best Workplaces Led by Women (2025)

In March, we received the incredible honour of being recognized as One of the Best Workplaces Led by Women in 2025

This recognition reflects the leadership, vision, and culture fostered by our founder, Paule, and the women who make up the backbone of our teams at every level. It stands as a powerful reminder of the inclusive, forward-thinking environment we strive to build each day.

April – ELAM Heads to California for Canva Create 2025

In April, our Marketing Manager, Emmanuelle, and Founder, Paule, traveled to Los Angeles for Canva Create 2025.

This global event showcased groundbreaking new features, creative tools, and digital innovations. Our team returned energized and inspired, bringing back fresh ideas to enhance our branding, visuals, and more importantly the learner experience.

June – 13th Annual Summer Bash

June marked our 13th Summer Bash, a beloved ELAM tradition.

We gathered our Montreal-based teachers and head office staff at Memento in Saint-Henri for an evening of celebration, connection, and appreciation. Moments like these remind us how strong and passionate our community truly is.

July – A Record-Breaking Summer Session

Summer 2025 was one for the books!

We were thrilled to enroll over 1,000 students in our summer session, our biggest enrollment yet. This milestone reflects our continued growth, and the trust organizations place in ELAM to support their employees’ language development.

August – ELAM Connect 2025: AI Language Teaching Summit

On August 25, we hosted the first edition of the highly anticipated ELAM Connect 2025: AI Language Teaching Summit

Our keynote speaker, Russell Stannard, brought immense value to the event as:

  • An award-winning educator
  • An internationally recognized trainer
  • A leading expert in educational technology and AI for language teaching
  • The creator of a popular YouTube channel followed by teachers worldwide

The summit fostered meaningful conversations about the future of AI in education, providing our trainers and partners with forward-thinking insights and tools.

October – ELAM Recognized as One of the Best Workplaces in Québec (GPTW)

On October 27, we celebrated another major achievement: being named one of the Best Workplaces in Québec for 2025 by Great Place to Work.

What began in 1993 as a small corporate language school in downtown Montreal has grown into a global network of more than 130 passionate trainers—and this recognition affirms our commitment to creating a supportive, inspiring workplace.

Looking Ahead

2025 was a year defined by innovation, recognition, and community. We expanded our offerings, celebrated our people, and strengthened our impact on learners worldwide.

As we look to 2026, we remain committed to our mission: empowering professionals through meaningful, practical, and personalized language learning.

Here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and shared success—together.
