Executive Language Mastery
Executive Language Mastery Program
Because at the top, every word matters
Executive Language Mastery (ELM) is ELAM’s one-on-one language coaching program for C-suite and senior leaders. Sessions run virtually in French, English or ten other languages, led by certified trainers with corporate experience. At the top, every word matters. A hesitant answer in a board meeting costs more than a missed deadline, and this program exists for exactly those moments.
One-on-One Coaching for Leaders Who Work in Two Languages
Group classes were built for teams. Leaders need something else: privacy, a trainer who understands their industry, and a schedule that bends around earnings calls rather than the reverse. ELM delivers all three.
- Your calendar leads: Book 45, 60 or 90-minute sessions directly through your trainer’s booking link, often within 24 hours. Cancel up to three hours before a session at no charge. No semester schedules, no fixed weekly slot unless you want one.
- Your world is the course material: Rehearse the analyst call before you give it. Polish the French version of your town hall. Prepare for a media interview, an investor pitch or a negotiation with a supplier in Mexico. Every session works on the situations where your words carry the most weight.
- Trainers who have sat in the room: Each ELM trainer holds advanced credentials in business language instruction and has worked in corporate or executive environments. They know the difference between textbook French and what a CFO says under pressure.
- Matched, not assigned: We match you to a trainer based on your industry, your goals, your communication style and personality fit, not on who happens to be free. If the match is wrong, tell us and we rematch quickly. Getting that relationship right is part of the service.
How the Program Works
You start with a placement assessment and a goals conversation, so your trainer knows your level on the CEFR scale and what success looks like for you: chairing a meeting in French, taking analyst questions in English, or addressing employees in their language. Sessions run one-on-one on Microsoft Teams, with recordings optional. Your progress is documented, so you and your organization see movement, not impressions.

You may cancel within a three-hour window without forfeiting the scheduled class.
02. How do you select the best trainer for my needs?
We take the time to understand your industry, your goals, and your learners before making any match. Every trainer in our network is certified and brings real-world business experience, so we can pair each learner with an instructor who speaks their professional language, literally and figuratively.
03. When can I schedule a class?
Whenever it works for you. Using your trainer's personal booking link, you can schedule a session within a 24-hour window — so fitting language training into a busy professional schedule has never been easier.
04. How long is each class?
You have the option to book a 45-60-90-minute class using the trainer's booking link.
05. What happens when the trainer I have been matched with isn't a fit?
It happens, and it's never a problem. If the match isn't right, just let us know and we'll find you a better fit, quickly and without hassle. Getting the trainer-learner relationship right is part of what we do.
06. Which languages can I work on?
Twelve: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese.
07. How is progress measured?
Against the CEFR scale, the international standard from A0 to C1. You receive progress reports along the way and a detailed evaluation at the end. Many executives also set milestone goals, like delivering a full board update in French, and we build sessions toward them.
08. How much does executive coaching cost?
It depends on session length and cadence. Book a 15-minute call, tell us your goals, and we will quote precisely. (Recommendation: publish a starting price range here if you are willing. No Canadian provider does, and the first one to answer this question in plain text will own it in AI search results.)
