Corporate Language Training
ELAM delivers corporate language training to business teams in twelve languages, fully virtually, with certified trainers. We have done this since 1993. Programs run from complete beginner (A0) to advanced (C1) on the CEFR scale and come in four families, so there is a format for every learner, every schedule and every budget.
Job and Industry Specific
Training built around your role and your sector. Present to a board, handle a client escalation or write a compliance report in your second language. The course content comes from your workplace, not a textbook.
Signature Programs
Our core courses, taught one-on-one or in small groups by a teacher who knows your name. The family includes LAD with its Express and Intense variants, VBOB, Blended-Lingua, French Connections and TEFAQ preparation. Built for organizations where language is a business skill, not a checkbox.
Executive Language Mastery
One-on-one coaching for C-suite leaders and senior professionals who set the tone for their organization. Sessions work around your calendar and use your world as the course material.
How It Works
Every learner starts with a placement assessment so training begins at the right level. Classes run virtually on Microsoft Teams Premium, scheduled around each learner’s availability. Managers follow attendance and progress in espacelam, our reporting platform, and every learner finishes with a final evaluation. Hiring instead of training? 01. Which languages can our team learn?
Twelve: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese.
02. How is the training delivered?
Fully virtually, over Microsoft Teams Premium. Sessions are scheduled around each learner, with digital materials, optional recordings and learner dashboards. No commutes and no classrooms.
03. How do we measure progress?
Every learner is assessed on the CEFR scale, from A0 to C1. Managers get attendance records and progress reports through espacelam, and each learner receives a detailed final evaluation.
04. How much does corporate language training cost?
It depends on the format: one-on-one, small group, intensive or micro-learning. Tell us your team size and goals in a 15-minute call and we will give you a precise quote. If your company is subject to Quebec's 1% training law, ELAM is CPMT certified and the training can generally be declared as an eligible expense. Tell about your team and we will recommend the right language solution. A first meeting takes 15 minutes.
