Our Company
Corporate Language Training Since 1993
ELAM has trained business teams since 1993. We started in Montreal, moved to virtual delivery before most schools had heard of it and now teach twelve languages to organizations across Canada and internationally. Each program is designed around your people, their roles and the way your organization works. The results we aim for are practical: employees who run meetings, serve clients and build careers in a second or third language.
We work responsibly too. ELAM is fully remote and accredited by Green Standard Schools. Virtual training removes commutes, printed materials and physical classrooms, which keeps thousands of tonnes of carbon out of the atmosphere every year.
12 Days of Giving
Every December, our 12 Days of Giving campaign supports 12 charities, from environmental protection to women's empowerment.

Our Values. Our People. Our Promise.
Doing good business and doing good in the world go together at ELAM. We run fully virtual, which cuts our ecological footprint and our clients’ at the same time. We give language workshops to non-profit beneficiaries because access to language is access to opportunity. As a certified WBE supplier, we buy from diverse suppliers ourselves.
At the heart of it all is respect for people. All people. We celebrate differences and defend equality regardless of gender, age, race, origin, religion, sexuality, culture, disability or social status. Diversity is not a policy at ELAM. It is our strength.
