Total Training Package
As a strategic partner to your HR team, ELAM provides end-to-end logistical and administrative support for your language training—from advisory consultation to full program outsourcing. We can develop your internal training FAQs and promotional emails, design your Intranet course descriptions and visuals, and build out the course catalog within your LMS.
The Total Training Package requires a minimum commitment of 30 learners per session (Winter, Spring, or Fall).
What is espacelam.
Our online platform empowers training managers to seamlessly monitor and manage employees’ training data. Designed for efficiency and simplicity, it ensures rapid information exchange, continuous data accessibility, and streamlined administrative processes. The platform is structured into three key components:
1. Administrative Module
Enables real-time updates of training information, while supporting comprehensive logistical, administrative, and financial management.
2. Course Management
Facilitates group assignments, scheduling, attendance tracking, and content management. Powerful search filters make it easy to export data in Excel or PDF formats for further analysis.
3. Reporting
Upon completion of training, each learner’s final report is readily available. This report includes performance results, attendance records, and a detailed final evaluation.
