Frequently Asked Questions
01. Who is the LAD program designed for?
LAD is built for working professionals who thrive with regular, structured learning. Whether you're part of a corporate team looking to improve workplace communication or an individual professional working toward a specific language goal, LAD's twice-weekly format delivers the consistency needed to make real progress — at any proficiency level, from A0 to C1.
02. What does a typical LAD session look like?
Each one-hour session is led by a certified ELAM trainer and tailored to your team's goals and proficiency level. Sessions are delivered virtually on Microsoft Teams Premium and focus on the real communication skills that matter in your workplace — writing, speaking, comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar — always in a professional context.
03. Can LAD be customized for our industry or job function?
Absolutely. LAD content is adapted to reflect your team's professional environment — whether that's finance, healthcare, transportation, law, or any other sector. Your trainer works with industry-relevant scenarios, vocabulary, and communication challenges so every session feels immediately applicable to the work your people do every day.
04. How do we track learner progress throughout the program?
Each participant begins with a diagnostic assessment to establish their CEFR baseline, and progress is tracked and reported throughout the 10-week program. We also leverage Microsoft Teams Premium functionalities — including session recordings, AI-generated meeting notes, and engagement insights — to give trainers deeper visibility into each learner's development and give HR and L&D teams the data they need to measure ROI and plan next steps.
05. What happens at the end of the 10 weeks?
At the end of the program, learners receive a progress report outlining their development and next recommended steps. Many organizations choose to continue with another LAD session, move learners into a more intensive format like LAD Intense, or transition them into a micro-learning program to maintain momentum. Your account manager will guide you through the best path forward.
