The Challenge

Sun Life’s professionals and knowledge workers often need to communicate at work in their second language. The company needed training that could serve employees across Quebec, Ontario and other provinces, each with different language needs, schedules and learning styles.

The ELAM Solution

Since 2023, ELAM has delivered mostly French training, along with English and Spanish, through a flexible mix of formats:

• Private, semi-private and group classes
• Live instructor-led and blended programs

Instead of a one-size-fits-all course, every program aims to answer one question: Can our employees communicate in their second language at the level their work requires?

The Results

Nearly 200 Sun Life employees have trained with ELAM, and the partnership has been renewed through December 31, 2027.
